Find the source
We go through the car with you: under and behind the seats, the trunk well and spare tyre area, the carpet under the mats, the headliner, the cabin filter. Nothing gets treated until we know what we are treating.

Deep clean what is holding it
The affected surfaces get shampooed and pulled with hot water extraction — the point is to remove the residue, not to wet it and hope. Leather and vinyl get a pH-neutral clean instead.

Vents and cabin filter
Smoke and mildew both live in the ventilation. The ducts get treated and we will tell you if the cabin filter needs replacing, which is usually the cheapest part of the whole fix.

Neutralize, do not perfume
What is left gets an odor neutralizer that breaks the compounds down rather than covering them. The target is a cabin that smells like nothing at all.

Do you use ozone treatment?+
Ozone gets used carefully and only after the source is cleaned out, never instead of cleaning it. On its own it knocks a smell back for a while and then it returns, and overdone it leaves its own metallic smell and hardens rubber and plastic trim.
